Warranty
Electrical components, including the air-hockey motor where applicable, carry a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
For non-electrical parts, coverage is limited to verified manufacturing defects identified and reported at the time of delivery and DIY installation. Customers should inspect all components before and during installation.
Consumables and playing accessories—including cloth, cues, balls, pucks, pushers, paddles, nets and similar items—are not covered unless they are found damaged or missing at delivery and reported within the required claim period.
Warranty does not normally cover damage caused by improper assembly, unauthorised modification, moisture, outdoor use, misuse, impact, overloading, uneven flooring or normal wear and tear.
Customers should retain the invoice, order number, packaging photographs and installation records when requesting support.
