RUP Enterprises designs, markets and supplies multi-game tables, pool tables, air-hockey tables, table-tennis tables, foosball tables, poker tables, indoor-game products and related accessories.

2. General information only

Information on the Website is provided to describe RUP products and services and to assist customers in making purchasing decisions. It does not constitute technical, architectural, electrical, legal or professional advice.

Customers must independently verify room dimensions, playing clearance, doorway and staircase access, lift size, electrical suitability and other site conditions before ordering a large product.

3. Product information and availability

RUP makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, specifications, photographs, prices, stock status, dimensions, materials, colours and included accessories accurate. However:

  • Colours and finishes may vary because of photography, lighting and screen display;

  • Minor production-batch and manufacturing-tolerance variations may occur;

  • Dimensions and weights may be approximate unless expressly stated as exact;

  • Lifestyle photographs may be illustrative; and

  • Products, prices, promotions and availability may change without prior notice before an order is accepted.

Customers should confirm current colour, accessories, dimensions, delivery serviceability and availability with RUP before placing an order. If a material listing error affects an order, RUP will communicate the available remedy in accordance with applicable law.

4. Pricing and taxation

Unless expressly stated otherwise, domestic Indian product prices include 18% GST and shipping to serviceable locations within India.

Special handling, difficult access, remote-area service, crane service, additional labour, warehousing, re-delivery or another non-standard service may require an additional charge after prior communication and approval.

International shipping, customs duty, import taxes, destination charges and local handling are not included unless expressly stated in a written quotation.

5. Delivery and installation notice

Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates and may be affected by stock, serviceability, weather, transport disruption, festivals, strikes, customs, government restrictions, remote destinations and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, installation is DIY. Manuals and/or video guidance are provided where applicable. Customers must follow all installation and safety instructions and use suitable assistance, tools and qualified electrical support where required.

6. Damage and warranty notice

Customers should record one clear, complete and continuous unboxing video beginning before the package is opened. Visible transit damage, missing parts or delivery discrepancies should be reported as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after delivery, preferably within 12 hours.

Electrical components such as an applicable air-hockey motor or blower carry a one-year limited warranty, subject to the warranty conditions and exclusions stated in the Terms of Service. Other manufacturing defects must be identified and reported at delivery and installation.

Large game tables are generally not eligible for return for change of mind, incorrect room size, colour preference or undisclosed access difficulty. Verified damaged or defective parts may be replaced after assessment. These conditions do not restrict any consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the RUP name, RUP logos, Website design, product presentation, text, graphics, photographs, videos, catalogues and other original content are owned by or licensed to RUP Enterprises and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Website content may be viewed for personal evaluation of RUP products. It may not be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, scraped, republished, commercially exploited or used to create misleading listings without prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Third-party platforms and links

The Website may contain links to or integrations with Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, Google, Meta, Microsoft and other third parties.

Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms, policies and availability. RUP does not control independent third-party content or systems and is not responsible for their separate acts or omissions, except where responsibility arises under applicable law or under a service used by RUP to fulfil an accepted order.

RUP takes reasonable steps to maintain the Website but does not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from every harmful component. Website access may be suspended for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons.

Users must not attempt to interfere with the Website, bypass its security, introduce malicious code, scrape content without permission, conduct fraudulent activity or misuse customer, payment or account functions.

10. Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RUP is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate measurements supplied by a customer, undisclosed site access, improper installation, unsuitable electrical supply, misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow instructions.

RUP does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or consumer remedies available under applicable law.
