Shipping policy

RUP provides shipping to serviceable locations across India to ground floor only, and domestic shipping is included in the listed product price. Listed prices also include 18% GST.

Estimated delivery timeline

  • Pune and Mumbai: next-day delivery

  • Other locations in Maharashtra: 3–5 days

  • Other domestic locations in India: 6–9 working days

  • International orders: approximately 15–30 days, depending on the destination city and service availability

Delivery timelines are estimates calculated after order and payment confirmation. Remote locations, restricted-access destinations, product availability, weather, public holidays or logistics disruptions may affect the actual delivery date.

International freight and delivery terms are quoted separately after confirming the destination.

Before ordering a large table, customers should share:

  • delivery pincode

  • floor number

  • lift dimensions and weight capacity

  • staircase width and turning clearance

  • entry-door width

  • preferred colour or finish

Delivery access should be confirmed before ordering. Customers must inspect the outer packaging at delivery and record one clear, complete and continuous unboxing video before removing or assembling the table. This video is mandatory for a transit-damage or missing-part claim.
